The bridge is on the south road of the city, across the canal. It was built in the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936) when Tong Jia Highway was built. Because there is a bridge in the north of the road, this bridge is located in the second one, so it is named. It was a wooden bridge when it was first built. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the steel beam wooden bridge was changed, with a length of 2 1.3m and a width of 4m. 1995, Jiaxing Shenlong Sponge Clothing Co., Ltd. purchased the naming right and named Shenlong Bridge.
Shenlong Bridge, located at the northern end of Xinhua Street in Huaiyang, is an important bridge connecting the urban area and Beiguan. The bridge is about10m high,100m long and 30m wide. It is a five-hole arch bridge, white marble railings and high-end atmosphere. This bridge is like a rainbow across the north and south, with extraordinary momentum.
Looking east from the bridge in the morning, you can enjoy the beautiful lotus flowers in Longhu. At night, looking west, you can see the sunset and fish in Liuhu Lake. On a quiet night, you can see the bright lights of the city from a distance, and you can see the beautiful autumn moon in Caichi from a distance. Shenlong Bridge is not only a bridge, but also a landmark landscape of Huaiyang.
