Ruzhou City is located in the central and western part of Henan Province, named after the North Ruhe River runs through the whole territory, with a total area of 1.573 square kilometers and a total population of1.2000. It is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Pingdingshan City and one of the ten pilot counties directly under the jurisdiction of Henan Province.
