Brief introduction of Nuanquan ancient town
The ancient town of Wenquan is located in the west of Yuxian County, Hebei Province. It is a famous historical and cultural town in China, and now it is a national AAA-level tourist attraction. The ancient town is named "hot spring" because of the constant temperature of spring water all year round. The ancient town has a long history and is famous for its springs, markets, ancient buildings and folk culture. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, it developed into "three castles, six lanes and eighteen villages", which reached a glorious period in the history of the town. Our ancestors built three castles in a warm spring town: Beiguan Castle, Xicheng Castle and Small Castle, which shows the dual position of this town in human settlement and military defense.
