Management of Soldiers' Active Service: According to the law, citizens must perform military service obligations in China People's Liberation Army with the approval of county-level military service organs. The time for a soldier to serve in active service shall be counted from the date when the military service organ approves him to serve in active service to the date when the army issues a retirement order. The term of active service for conscripts is 2 years, and the system of graded active service for non-commissioned officers is implemented. The maximum service life of noncommissioned officers is 6 years for junior noncommissioned officers, 8 years for intermediate noncommissioned officers and 0/0 for senior noncommissioned officers.
The difference between noncommissioned officers and conscripts:
1. service life
The service life of conscripts is 2 years, and they can only be transferred to non-commissioned officers after 2 years. Non-commissioned officers are divided into corporal, sergeant, staff sergeant, four-level master sergeant, three-level master sergeant, two-level master sergeant and one-level master sergeant according to their service years. But there is a special case, that is, direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers and directional non-commissioned officers. They were noncommissioned officers as soon as they joined the army, but their ranks were different from those of conscripts. In fact, they are the same as the new recruits. This is a special way of enlisting, and more people just join the army or are conscripts.
In addition, conscripts are also distinguished according to the length of service. In the first year, it was called Private, and in the second year it was called Private First Class.
2. Wages and treatment
This difference is even more obvious. For non-commissioned officers, the salary standard of non-commissioned officers with the same number of years is actually not much less than that of corresponding cadres. The monthly salary of conscripts is indeed worse than that of non-commissioned officers.
In addition, non-commissioned officers also have the right to visit relatives and take vacations. If you are older, you can also arrange family members to come to the team and enjoy other supporting treatment.
3. Responsibility requirements
Of course, the requirements for non-commissioned officers are higher. For example, as a monitor, you should be able to lead a class to complete the task and have the ability of organization, command and management.
