Baoding, located in the north of North China Plain, in the middle of Hebei Province, forms a golden triangle with Beijing and Tianjin. Baoding has been the "main road" of "three customs in the north, nine provinces in the south, four prefectures and the highest in the state" since ancient times.
Baoding was once the capital of Zhili, the resident of Zhili Governor, and the earliest capital of Hebei Province. From 1669 to 1968, Baoding is the political, economic and cultural center of Hebei and one of the central cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
Baoding is a famous historical and cultural city in China named after the State Council, with profound cultural background. There are many scenic spots in the urban area, including Dacige, Zhili Governor's Office, Qing Xiling, Langya Mountain, Baiyangdian, Ran Zhuang Tunnel Warfare Site in Central Hebei, and ancient lotus pond.

The development of history
In the Tang Yu era at the end of primitive society, Baoding now belongs to Jizhou and Youzhou. After Zhou Wuwang destroyed the business, Baoding belonged to the state of Hou.
During the Spring and Autumn Period, Xianyu State was established in the southwest of Baoding. Later, Jin invaded the east, and the south of Baoding was gradually occupied by Jin and Xianyu, while the north was owned by Yan.
In the middle of the Warring States Period in 380 BC, Qi Fayan occupied Sancho (about 0/0 km north of Baoding), and Baoding was under the jurisdiction of Qi. In 3 14 BC, there was civil strife in Yan state, and Qi invited Zhongshan to cut down Yan. The northern part of Yan State was occupied by Qi State, the southern part was occupied by Zhongshan State, and Baoding was under the jurisdiction of Zhongshan State.
