The Historical Story of Jian 'ou
Before the Western Zhou Dynasty, it belonged to seven provinces in Fujian, and it was a barbarian with few historical records. At the end of the Warring States Period, Wang was defeated by Chu, went to Shu, became the King of Yue in Fujian, and built a palace under the mountain in the south of Jian 'ou. (The Qin Dynasty abolished the title of the King of Fujian and Yue, and placed it in the central county of Fujian, and the land of Dongye was reduced to the county magistrate. In the fifth year of the Western Han Dynasty, Emperor Gaozu made great contributions because he had no soldiers to assist Han in attacking Chu, and Liu Bang regained the status of the king of Fujian and Yue. In the sixth year of Ding Yuan, Liang Wudi, King Pingtung rebelled. The following year, the Han Dynasty forced the Fujian and Vietnamese royal civilians to move to Jianghuai, and the people of Fujian and Vietnam gradually declined and assimilated into the Han Dynasty. Fujian was empty, so a Houguan garrison town was set up in the old place of Dongye, which was far under the jurisdiction of a captain south of Huiji. During the reign of Emperor Zhaodi, as the adherents of Fujian and Vietnam gathered more and more, Liye County was established. At the beginning of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Ye County was changed to be an official and a captain of the Eastern Hou Dynasty. In the first year of Jian 'an (196), Emperor Xian of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Sun Ce, the satrap of Huiji, attacked Houguan and abolished the surname of Houguan. In the eighth year of Jian 'an (203), Sun Ce ordered He Qi to invade Jian 'an, put down the rebellion in three counties, and set up Nanxing House in Jian 'an County. Analysis of Jianping County (now Jianyang) in Tongxiang County, Jian 'an County, is the same as the original Jian 'an, Nanping, Hanxing and Houguan counties in Fujian Province. Jian 'an County began to become the economic and political center of Fujian. During the reign of Emperor Wu Jing of the Three Kingdoms, due to the increasing population, it was analyzed that Jian 'an County was jointly established with Shaowu County, Sui 'an (now Taining County and Jianning County) and Jiangle County. In the third year of Jin Taikang (282), eight new counties, namely Houguan in Jian 'an County, Jin 'an County in Dong 'an County, Houguan County (now Fuzhou) and Jin 'an County, were established one after another. Because he was promoted to Jian 'an County as the first of the five soldiers, he moved to Fujian to govern Jian 'an County. In the ninth year of Emperor Wendi (589), the Sui army invaded Chen in the south and suffered heavy losses in Jian 'an County. After a long time, the city was broken, Tu Jian 'an County, Emperor Wendi wrote to abolish Jian 'an County, (and abolish Nan 'an County), tear down neighboring counties, and move Fujian's national politics from Jian 'an County (now Jian 'ou) to Houguan County (now Fuzhou), renamed Quanzhou. In the second year of Daye, Quanzhou was changed to Zhou Min. In the third year of Daye (607), Fujian was abandoned, and Jian 'an County was restored. Later, the official was changed to Min County, which governed Min County (now Fuzhou), and the original Jian 'an County (now Jian 'ou) was abandoned as a county. Later, Shaxian County, Jiangle County and Jianyang County were all built in Jianzhou. After the Five Dynasties, in the sixth year of the reign of Emperor Gaozu of Jin Dynasty (9 14), Wang, the son of Wang, was appointed as the prefect of Jian 'an Town in Jianzhou, and Wang was richer than Sha Wang. In the third year of Xianping (100), Guanli County (now Zhenghe County) was newly established in Wuli and Guanli Town of Jian 'an County. In the third year of Yingzong Zhiping (1066), Ouning County was divided into Jian 'an County, which was ruled by Ningyuanmen side of Jian 'an County, and Jianning District overseers, Jianzhou County and Jian 'an County were ruled by the same city. At this time, Jianning Army had jurisdiction over seven counties: Jian 'an, Jianyang, Pucheng, Songxi, Chong 'an (now Wuyishan), Ou Ning and Guanli (now Zhenghe). In the third year of Xining (1070), Oning County was merged into Jian 'an County. In the fourth year of Yuan You (1089), Oning County was separated. In the second year of Emperor Gaozong's suggestion in the Southern Song Dynasty (1 128), Ye Nong rebelled in Jianzhou, and the branch of Jianzhou fled to Jianyang County in the north. In the fourth year of Jianyan, Fan Rucheng revolted, and the Jianzhou branch was further moved to Chong 'an County. In the second year of Shaoxing (1 132), Han Shizhong led the troops to attack Jianzhou and wanted to massacre the city, but was saved by Li Gang. In the thirty-second year of the reign of Emperor Gaozong in the Southern Song Dynasty (1 162), Song Xiaozong ascended the throne, and upgraded the original country to Jianzhou, which became the first Jianning mansion in Fujian. The jurisdiction is equivalent to the Jianxi River Basin in the north of Jian 'ou in northern Fujian and the counties of Zhouning and Shouning. So far, Fujian has established Jianning Prefecture, Fuquan, Zhangzhou, Tingnan, Nanjian (now Nanping), Shaowu and Xinghua. Fujian is collectively called Bamin, Jianning Prefecture is the capital of Bamin, and Bamin is the county. In the seventeenth year of Yuan Shizu to Yuan Dynasty (1280), Huanghuatou Tuo Army in Jianning County rose up against Yuan Dynasty. In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), Jianning House was abolished, and the whole province was divided into Jian 'an Road, Xiamen Road, Minhai Road and Zhang Ting Road. Jian 'an County and Ou 'ning County, the former Jianning Prefecture, merged into Jian 'ou County. 1926, the first * * * production party branch in northern Fujian was established in Jian 'ou County. 1927, the Central Fujian Provincial Committee was established, which was the predecessor of the Central Fujian Provincial Committee. 1940, Shuiji Town, the largest town in Jian 'ou County, was designated as Shuiji County, and later Shuiji County was merged into Jianyang County. 1940 ~ 1949, set up the third administrative supervision area, which governs ten counties in northern Fujian. After liberation and the chaotic adjustment of administrative divisions during the Cultural Revolution, Nanping Special Zone was established in northern Fujian, and the government was stationed in Nanping, which governed one city and nine counties in northern Fujian, with Jian 'ou as one of the counties. 1992 changed the county into a city, and Jian 'ou City was established, belonging to Nanping area. 1996, Nanping city (prefecture level) was established from the former Nanping area, and Yanping district was established from the former Nanping city; Jian 'ou City belongs to Xinping City.
