Zhang Ju

(? -1859), Zi Pei, was born in Qianxi, Guizhou (now qianxi county) in the Qing Dynasty. Five years of Qing Daoguang (AD 1825). In the sixth year of Daoguang (A.D. 1826), he and Shi, an outstanding talent in Qianxi, established a "homophonic poetry club", which was called "the second best in Guizhou" by people at that time. He once taught Kaitai (now Liping, Guizhou). Out of appreciation for his studies, Cheng Enze followed him to Hunan to study politics. Because of repeated attempts, I never wanted to be an official, and the evening scene was down and out. After that, he gave lectures in Shishan, Yuping and other academies. I have a deep friendship with Zhengzhen, and sometimes I write poems and essays. In terms of calligraphy, Su, Huang, Zhao, Mi and other calligraphers form their own schools and are highly respected by scholars. He copied the works of Cheng Enze, a famous calligrapher at that time, which were similar in spirit and form, so Cheng often asked him to write for him. He wrote many poems in his life, but many of them have been lost. His friend is really collecting and publishing his collection of poems, Burning Grass. His 16 poems were included in Guizhou Poems.
