1, Handan imperial edict bone crisp fish
The Zhao family, which originated from Handan, the hometown of crispy fish in China, was introduced to the court by the people in Wei and Jin Dynasties. In the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty, it was awarded a royal seal by Zhao Kuangyin (a native of Hebei Province), and has since been honored as "imperial decree crispy fish". From the Song Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was the highest honor for adults to eat this fish once.
2. Luozha, Tangshan (Lining)
One of the famous foods in Tangshan is an indispensable thing for people to celebrate holidays, weddings, funerals and celebrations. 4. Chimei sausage
"Chimei Sausage" originated in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 300 years. This is Shi Ding's exclusive masterpiece. When Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, Ji Xiaolan, a minister of rites, put Chi Mei sausages on it. After dried and tasted, it was personally sealed as Chimei sausage, which became a palace delicacy as a royal product. Chimei sausage retains the ancient formula and traditional production technology, with fine formula, unique technology, exquisite production, fragrance but not greasy.
