Ma Xie Town has a long cultural history. In the process of inheritance and development, the essence of Confucianism has been retained. The broad masses of the people have inherited excellent cultural traditions such as loyalty and filial piety, benevolence, morality, honesty, kindness, tolerance, pragmatism, diligence, harmony and gratitude. Keep a warm and simple attitude towards people and things; Keep honest and kind words and deeds with others. Advocate hard work to get rich, obey the law, be polite and honest, respect the old and love the young, be friendly in the neighborhood and advocate harmony. The countryside has maintained stability and unity. Over the years, there have been no criminal cases and no mass incidents. Traditional literature and art mainly include dragon lanterns, lion dances, floats, colored lights, grasslands, gongs and drums and other popular programs. Literary and artistic creation mainly includes stone carving, painting and calligraphy.

Historical relics mainly include Wuchang Guild Hall, which was built in the Republic of China 17, located in the Grain Management Institute and the original theater. There are eight dead copper and iron branches in the yard, which look very antique. The scenic spot is Guandi Temple, named after Guan Yu stopped his horse here during his tour. Places of interest include Yongxing Cave and Wangfoshan. Behind the school in the center of the town is the Ma Xie Martyrs Cemetery.
