Install the printer driver. Step 2: Select the device and printer at the start button at the lower left of the computer, and a window will pop up. Then you can print and fax.

1: Double-click the printer icon you want to enjoy. Step 3: Select * * * from the printer drop-down menu in the pop-up dialog box.

2. The printer properties under Win 7 will pop up in the drop-down menu. Select the * * * Enjoy tab in this dialog window. Here, you should select the check box before using this printer and displaying the print job on the client computer. Finally, click the "Apply" and "OK" buttons, and the printing and * * * enjoyment settings on Win7 will be completed. However, please note that you may be prompted that the settings cannot be saved.

3: After entering the "Printers and Faxes" window, right-click the printer you want to enjoy and select "Enjoy".

4. If users want to find printers in the workgroup, they can click Next to pop up the dialog box for finding printers, because in the local area network, they can choose to type the printer name or click Next to browse the printer list.

5. Users can enter the printer name or click "Next" to pop up the printer browsing dialog box. The printer list box lists all * * * printers in the domain and computers connected to printers, where users can find their own printers.
