Test method of interview: adopt a combination of structured interview and scenario simulation, and prepare lessons through topic selection, lecture and defense.

Candidates are randomly selected to prepare lessons in accordance with relevant regulations for 20 minutes and the interview time is 20 minutes. The examiner makes a comprehensive score according to the candidates' performance in the interview.
