The Historical Evolution of Luoyang City
At the end of the Western Jin Dynasty, there were many wars in the Central Plains. A large number of Han gentry crossed the border into Fujian to avoid chaos, and some of them moved here, especially in the area of Jiangwan 'an Ferry in Luoyang. At the beginning and end of the Tang Dynasty, two major wars in the Central Plains once again caused a large number of gentry in the Central Plains to move south, and Luoyang Town became one of the main gathering places for the Han people in the Central Plains to move south to take refuge. After that, the gentry of the Central Plains moved south, and because they missed their hometown, they named this place "Luoyang".

Tang Xuanzong passed by and saw the beautiful scenery here, saying, "Mountains and rivers are better than generals, such as Luo Yang." . Named after this, it is still in use today.

In the Song Dynasty, it moved to Chongwu Township, Hui 'an County.

During the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, it belonged to the eighteenth capital of Dexing, Xinyi Township, and the nineteenth capital of villagers Anli.
