The basic route of Tianshui Baolan Passenger Dedicated Line is: from Niubeiliang to Tianshui, connected by bridges and tunnels, passing through Dongcha Town and Liyuan Township in Maiji District, setting Dongcha Station in Jiaochuangou, passing through Wuzhai Township, Long Yuan and Boyang, crossing Weihe River to Shetang, passing through the northern edge of the planned industrial park, crossing the south bank of Weihe River, passing through Mapaoquan Town and passing through Huaniu Village and Zhaoya in Shilipu Town. The distributary mountain in the west crosses Weihe River, Sanyangchuan River, Weihe River and Hulu River, exits Yangjiashan Tunnel in the north, and then returns to Hulu River. Qin 'an Station is located on the west side of Qin 'an County, between Tiangong Road and Hulu River, then passes through Guojia Town, passes through Daxianliang, and enters Dingxi Tongwei County at Niugu River in Zhongchuan. The length of the line in our city is about 1 15km, in which the length of bridge and tunnel is 105.8km, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is 92%. The designed driving speed is 250 km/h, and the static investment is about 654.38+0.5 billion yuan. There are three intermediate stations: Dongcha, Tianshui South and Qin 'an.

It is understood that the proposed Tianshui South Station of Baolan Passenger Dedicated Line is located between Qinzhou District and Maiji District in the south of the city, with Huang Xi Avenue as the main road in the north. The total construction area of the station is more than 24,000 square meters. According to the design of three platforms and seven roads, the building area of the station building is 1.2 million square meters, and the maximum number of people gathered can reach 3,000.

At the symposium, the design units, China Railway No.1 Survey and Design Institute and Lan Xin Railway Gan Qing Co., Ltd., introduced in detail two design schemes of Tianshui South Station. The main leaders of development and reform, planning, construction, land and Mackey District Government put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the exterior design, internal structure and functional facilities of the two schemes.

After listening to the introduction of the plan and the opinions of relevant departments and units, Wang Rui pointed out that as an important part and landmark project of Tianshui city construction, Tianshui South Station on Baolan Passenger Dedicated Line is of great significance to enhance the image of Tianshui city, consolidate its position as a transportation hub, enhance its radiation capacity and influence, and better promote the rapid economic development of Tianshui.

Wang Rui emphasized that Tianshui is a sub-core city of the Tianyi Water Economic Zone in Guanzhong, a transportation hub city in southeastern Gansu and a famous historical and cultural city in China. In terms of the appearance and color of the station building, the design unit should further combine the actual situation of Tianshui, combine the historical and cultural characteristics of Tianshui with modern ideas on the premise of maintaining the overall design style of Baolan Passenger Dedicated Line, and strive to make the design of the station building magnificent and atmospheric, highlight the cultural characteristics of Tianshui, and ensure that the station building becomes a landmark building of Tianshui; We should give full consideration to the large passenger flow at Tianshui Station. In terms of the internal structure of the station building and the ancillary facilities of the square in front of the station, scientific design and reasonable layout should be carried out on the premise of highlighting practicality, and efforts should be made to create a safe, convenient and smooth traffic environment for passengers entering and leaving the station.
