What is pudding?
Pudding is a solidified dessert, the main raw materials are eggs and milk. Many restaurants sell pudding, because it is simple and easy to use, and many people will cook it at home, especially the children at home. They like pudding very much. It tastes delicious like jelly.

There are many kinds of puddings, such as yogurt pudding, almond bean pudding, fruit milk pudding, fresh milk pudding and so on. So today I want to share another delicious pudding with my friends-caramel pudding.

Caramel pudding: 200g of milk, 2 eggs, 20g of sugar, 30g of sugar, half a teaspoon of cold boiled water and one teaspoon of boiled water.

Step 1: Put 30g of sugar and half a teaspoon of cold water into a small pot and shake the pot to make it even. Don't stir. Don't stir.

Step 2: Turn off the heat when the sugar turns brown, quickly add a tablespoon of boiling water, and quickly pour the caramel into the mold (it will solidify if it is slow).

Step 3: Put two eggs in a bowl and break them. Be careful not to make too much foam. Then pour the milk into the milk pot, add sugar and cook until it is about 60 degrees (there is a small foam on the side of the pot).

Step 4: pour a small amount of milk into the broken egg liquid several times, stir while pouring, sieve the evenly stirred pudding liquid and pour it into the mold, so that the taste will be more delicate.
