There is only one legal racial discrimination bill in the United States, and that is the Chinese Exclusion Act.

Other discriminations like discrimination against blacks and women are hidden. This is forbidden by law, but people are subtly implementing it.

The Chinese Exclusion Act is a blatant law.

In fact, it is very different from black people and women.

Discrimination against blacks and women is illegal in law, but it is not aimed at Chinese.
