The rarest Guangxu ingot
Qing Guangxu Yuanbao. Qing Guangxu Yuanbao was one of the currencies in circulation during the reign of Qing Guangxu. Later, various provinces followed suit, and Zhang Zhidong, governor of Guangdong and Guangxi in Hubei Province, took the lead in introducing the British mint to cast copper and silver coins. There are 19 provincial bureaus in this province. In addition to the copper coins cast by the central household department and the underground car, the name of the province is engraved on the front.

During the Republic of China, Yuanbao was a large denomination currency in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, and it was the first currency in China to introduce overseas technology, which also has certain historical significance today. In the history of modern machine coinage in China, Beiyang made Guangxu Yuanbao, Beiyang Yang Long, belonging to a large series, with a long casting period (from the 22nd year of Guangxu to the 34th year of Guangxu [1896] to 1908). Even for a large series of similar coins in history, the coin-making period is so long (from Guangxu 22 to Guangxu 34 [6544]). This group of Guangxu ingots is 2.8 cm in diameter. The words "Guangxu Yuanbao" and "Made in Hubei" are engraved on the front, and the words "Made in Hubei" and "Made in Jiangxi" are engraved on the bottom with a small flower in the middle. Front and back: There is a picture of Zhang Long in the middle, with English engraved on the top and bottom.

In the Qing Dynasty, Guangxu Yuanbao was well preserved with clear handwriting. Coins are regular in shape and novel in shape, which marks the intervention of western civilization and has great historical commemorative significance and collection value. Moreover, the coins are carved in different shades, exquisite in craftsmanship, simple and elegant, and have high artistic appreciation. Although this set of coins has been baptized for a long time, both the decoration and the handwriting are still clear and the appearance is good. Based on the shortage of Guangxu Yuanbao market and the current Yuanbao market, although there are a large number of imitations, the real Yuanbao still has room for market price increase and investment value because of its scarcity and popularity!

There are many kinds of Guangxu Yuanbao copper coins, and the prices of different kinds in the market are different, and the price gap is relatively large. For example, the collection price of Beiyang Guangxu Yuanbao in the market is about 3.5 million yuan, which is a sky-high collection. The silver coin Guangxu Yuanbao 1898 was purchased by Guangxu Yuanbao Copper Coin Appraisal, and the fineness was 9 1%. Inscriptions are cast on the front, and the words "Made in XX Province" or "Mint General Factory" are cast on the top, and the currency value below is "Kuping, One Coin, Four Cents, Four Cents". The words "Guangxu Yuanbao" are directly read in the center, and the coin heart is Manchu.
