Introduction of Hongjia Boxing
Commonly known as Hongquan, it is said that it has a history of more than 300 years and is very popular in Guangdong. It is the first of the five boxing methods of "Hong, Liu, Cai, Li and Mo" in Guangdong. Its circulation area is also very wide, such as Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Shaanxi and other places, and it also has certain influence in Hong Kong, Macao, Australia, the United States, Canada and some countries and regions in Southeast Asia. The special style of Hongjia's boxing skills is mostly long bridge and big horse, which is famous for its toughness and strict attack and defense. The bridge players are mainly Tiger Claw and scissorhands, while the "Ma bu" or horse stance just look is mainly Siping Horse, Meridian Horse, Qilin Horse, Hanging Horse and Panzuo. Boxing is dominated by five battles in Hongjia, namely, iron fist, I-shaped tiger, tiger-crane double shape, five shape and ten shape. And with the ten poisonous hands created, the trainees are trained to understand Hong Quan, and then master the posture.
