The newly-built Meishan Cultural Ecological Park has created a new environment for excavating and promoting Meishan culture. In ancient times, General Meishan Zuo was called Fu Hanyang, a national hero worshipped by Anhua people. Anhua also has a huge stone statue of Fu Hanyang, which is the birthplace of Meishan culture and has profound historical and cultural connotations. In order to excavate, spread and carry forward Meishan culture, local mountain people spontaneously built Meishan Cultural Ecological Park covering an area of 2,200 mu in the dense forest canyon of Fuxi Village, which is more than 20 kilometers away from Meicheng Town, Anhua. Its contents include all kinds of folk buildings in Gumei Mountain (earth building, hanging foot building, wind and volcano wall building, etc.). ), earth cannon buildings, hunting equipment, bows and arrows, wind and volcano walls, wild pig forests, teahouses, inns, theaters, Meishan classical cultural workshops, Meishan Cultural Relics Earth Museum, etc. used in the local ethnic war in Gumeishan. , attracting a large number of domestic and foreign college students to practice sketching here.

Because of its important educational significance and internship value, it has been listed as an internship education base by five Chinese and foreign universities, including Hunan University, Central South University, Hunan Normal University, Louisiana University and Hunan University of Arts and Crafts. It has naturally become a cultural and ecological base integrating academic research, cultural tourism and practical education. Xinhua County also put forward the development strategy of "a big tourist county", comprehensively rescuing, protecting and excavating Chiyou and Meishan culture, striving to create conditions and seizing the opportunity to declare, which was recommended by Hunan Folk Writers and Artists Association.
