Du fu in Tang dynasty has poems, autumn, notes and quotations. Zhu said: "Use Sophora leaf juice and flour for cold cooking."

There is a poem by Shi You, "On February 19th, I took white wine bass over Zhan to eat Sophora leaves". Also saved as "Huai Tao".

Qian Qing Qian Yi's poem "Xie Dezhou Zhang Taishou delivers wine" says: "Sweet milk wine pours cloud liquid, and oil spills locusts to wash the jade plate."
