Automatically judge the data of various test items of the same coal sample, and the internal audit procedure is at least two levels. The audited data can be sent to relevant systems as required. (6) Sample storage and inspection management: the sample storage room is equipped with customized electronic sample storage cabinets, and the sample storage cabinets are numbered according to the system requirements, and the corresponding cabinet doors are opened according to the system instructions. The activities of personnel who access and adjust samples are carried out by scanning and code brushing, and items such as granularity, weight and storage time of stored samples can be recorded. The status of the sample storage cabinet is displayed graphically. When the sample reaches the storage period, the system will save the sample destruction proposal and send it to the corresponding personnel. (7) Balance data management: When the samples involved in various tests are weighed several times before and after, the electronic balance can be connected to the computer to judge the correctness of the data according to national standards, and then the weighing data can be directly transmitted to the system. (8) Abnormal management of laboratory testing: If parallel sample testing is not carried out, the control points such as interval time and instrument temperature required for various tests are not up to standard, and the requirements for repeatability and reproducibility of various tests in the national standard are not met, the data will be invalid, and the system will automatically lock the program and give a voice prompt or alarm, and the system will automatically form a daily abnormal report of laboratory testing and send it to the designated personnel.
