1On April 27th, 988, Deng Xiaoping, Chairman of the Central Military Commission, issued the Provisional Regulations on Civilian Cadres of the People's Liberation Army of China. On July 30th, 3 1 year, the Central Military Commission held a meeting of civilian cadres in Beijing. For the first time in the history of our army, a contingent of 65,438+10,000 civilian cadres appeared.

From 1 May, 19921day, civilian cadres in the whole army were issued with the same standard clothes as officers in active service, wearing civilian cadres' epaulettes and ties.

200 1, 1 From March onwards, civilian cadres above the technical level changed their clothes, their hats were golden yellow, and their epaulettes were decorated with scattered branches and leaves.
