1925, renamed "Enping County Junior High School";
In 1930s, Enping patriotic entrepreneurs living in Britain, Brazil, Cuba, Haiti and Venezuela donated money to build new schools.
1946, the then principal called on overseas Chinese to donate money to start a high school, thus adding a high school building named "Wei";
195 1, the school was officially renamed as "enping city No.1 Middle School", and later merged with Jianshi and Nongjiao to be called "Sanlian Middle School";
During the Cultural Revolution, schools were closed;
1978, the school resumed classes and moved to the current location: the southern foot of Aofeng Mountain and the former site of Enping Gong Xue, which was also identified as a county key middle school;
1994, the first batch of "first-class schools in Guangdong Province" in Enping No.1 Middle School;
In 2004, enping city No.1 Middle School separated junior high school from senior high school and officially became an independent high school.
In May 2007, enping city No.1 Middle School became a national model ordinary high school in Guangdong Province.
