I. Return Receipt of Illegal Private Houses left over from History This is the return receipt of illegal private houses declared in the "Two Regulations" in 2002.

2. Received the Declaration on the General Survey of Illegal Buildings Left over from the History of Rural Urbanization in Shenzhen, which is the Decision of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress on the Disposal of Illegal Buildings Left over from the History of Rural Urbanization, referred to as the "Three Regulations".

The "two regulations" require all applicants to be dealt with according to the "two regulations" (that is, conditional confirmation of the right to become a full member). This receipt proves that there was a declaration at that time, but it was not handled, so it was still illegal.
