The county chose two old communities, namely Southern Community and Jialin Garden Phase I, to be built simultaneously with the reconstruction of Anping Road pipe network. With the construction of two pilot residential quarters, the pilot project of rain and sewage diversion transformation in old residential quarters led by the county transformation office has been officially launched and is expected to be completed within one month. In the process of construction, the county transformation office adheres to three major measures to ensure the smooth progress of the transformation work.

In order to ensure the smooth construction and minimize the impact on residents in residential areas, safety maintenance, construction warning signs and civilized construction instructions should be done well before construction. Before pavement excavation, we should know the direction of the pipeline, do a good job of on-site technical disclosure, always tighten the string of safe production, eliminate unsafe and disharmonious factors, and create a good, orderly and safe construction environment.
