Child care institutions under the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan
Garden is a child care institution under the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan. Originated in Niigata City 1890 Tadashi Akazawa and Neutron founded the Orphan and Baby Care Association. 1938 was under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and was renamed. The object of care is usually the baby from birth to school. The main contents of conservation are observing health status, organizing individual examination, free activities, taking a nap, health diagnosis and so on. The curing time is generally 8 hours a day. Nurses take 8 children under 3 years old or 30 children over 3 years old on average. Part of the expenses are borne by the state and part by parents. There are three types: public, private and unacknowledged. 1965 The Ministry of Health and Welfare issued the Nursery Care Guide, which stipulates that the goal is to implement the integration of care and education, so that children's physical and mental abilities can develop healthily and harmoniously, and cultivate children with rich emotions and good moral quality.
