Liaocheng, also known as Shuicheng, is a prefecture-level city in the west of Shandong Province, People's Republic of China (PRC). It borders Jinan, the provincial capital, in the southeast, Dezhou in the northeast, Tai 'an in the south and Hebei and Henan provinces in the west.
