The original community construction was planned according to the area and geographical location of Baqian Township before the handover of the original 13 administrative village. The planning covers the north and south of the railway. Based on the current regional area of Baqian Township, the original planning is not feasible. With the development and construction of Baqianxiang coal mine, most village land south of the railway no longer has the conditions for community construction. Community construction land must go through geological survey, exploration and other procedures, and can only be promulgated and implemented after the relevant departments study and plan. When the remaining 14 villages were accepted by Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, they had not received the notice from their superiors.
