The college is located in Qingyuan Street, Shijiazhuang City. At present, there are nearly 4,000 full-time students and more than 300 faculty members, including more than 200 full-time teachers and 88 people with sub-high titles or above. In addition, many famous artists, such as Yu Kuizhi, Li, Liang, Yu Lina and Wang, were hired as visiting professors.

The college holds art education in higher vocational secondary schools, with professional departments such as drama, music, dance, fine arts, art education, film and television, media and cultural management, and teaching departments such as basic teaching department, social teaching department and secondary school department.

Historical evolution:

Hebei Art Vocational College is the only public full-time comprehensive art college in Hebei Province, which was founded in 1955. After the development stages of Hebei Opera School, Hebei Drama School and Hebei Art School, 200 1 was upgraded to a higher vocational college with the approval of Hebei provincial government.
