There is a system problem or a problem with the software.

1. Open the Kujiale software, click on My Plan, and click on Decoration. 2. Click Render. 3. Click on the album. 4. Select the panoramic image you want to open and click to open the large image. 5. Click Panorama Settings. 6. Click play on the left. 7. Add music. 8. Click Save to exit. 9. Open the panorama picture again, click 360 high-definition view, click the music switch in the lower right corner, and turn on roaming to hear background music.
