Appreciate the etiquette of a symphony concert, such as standing up, applauding, clothing, etc. Ask God for guidance

1. Please don’t eat too much food before the concert, especially don’t drink too much water. This will make you always run to the bathroom, which will affect other people.

2. To attend the concert, men should wear suits and women should wear dresses (skirts) or small dresses. Please pay attention to the neatness of your clothing and appearance. The clothing does not need to be too flashy, but please avoid wearing jeans, casual clothes, slippers or fancy clothes.

3. Regarding clapping, first of all, when the concert starts, you should applaud to welcome the conductor on stage. Secondly, in order not to destroy the integrity of the music, you can generally applaud together when the entire symphony or the entire group of music has been played. There is no individual clapping between movements and suites. (Actually, many people who go to concerts worry about when to clap. A more speculative method is to observe the people around you, wait for others to clap first, and then follow suit. This can avoid mistakes.)

4. After the performance, don’t leave in a hurry. Please leave the stage after the band leader and the audience leave in order.

PS: It is best to arrive about 15 minutes before the show starts.
