1. According to the provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers" (Teacher [2013] No. 9), those who meet the following basic conditions can register for the teacher qualification examination:
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China; (2) Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character; (3) Meet the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualifications; (4) Meet the "Teachers" academic requirements stipulated in the Act.
2. Students in the third grade or above of ordinary colleges and universities can apply with the certificate of enrollment issued by the school.
(1) Applicants should register for the teacher qualification examination in the place where their household registration or personnel relations are located. Students in ordinary colleges and universities can register to take the teacher qualification examination at the location of their school.
(2) Full-time normal college normal college students who have enrolled before the unified examination is launched can apply for direct recognition of corresponding teacher qualifications with their graduation certificates.
Students majoring in normal education who enroll after the unified examination is launched and apply for primary and secondary school teacher qualifications should take the teacher qualification examination.
(3) Those whose teaching qualifications have been revoked shall not register to take the exam within 5 years; those who have been deprived of political rights, or have intentionally committed crimes and are subject to criminal penalties of fixed-term imprisonment or more, shall not register to take the exam. Anyone who has cheated in the teacher qualification examination will be subject to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations".
(4) According to the "Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China", the corresponding academic qualifications required to obtain teacher qualifications are: Kindergarten and primary school teacher qualifications must have a college diploma or above. The examination method used in the teacher qualification examination: The teacher qualification examination is divided into two parts: a written examination and an interview. The written examination adopts two methods: computer examination and paper-based examination. The specific method is mainly announced by various places.
(5) Candidates for computer-based exams will answer on the computer, while candidates for paper-and-pencil exams will answer on the answer sheet. Only those who pass the written examination in each subject can participate in the interview. Interviews are conducted using structured interviews, scenario simulations, etc. Candidates only need to complete the interview through question selection, lesson preparation, trial lectures, defense, etc.
