Now he works in Shangdang Theatre in Shanxi Province as the director of the workshop, and is a special creator, playwright and ci writers of Shanxi Art Creation Center. He is a director of Chinese Music Literature Society, a member of China Drama Literature Society, a member of China Musicians Association, a member of the Presidium of Shanxi Musicians Association, an executive director of Shanxi Chorus Association, a director of Shanxi Dancers Association, a chairman of Jincheng Music Dancers Association and a director of Jincheng Sanjin Culture Research Association.
