The WeChat version is too low. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest version of WeChat before using this function.

The WeChat version is upgraded as follows:

1. First log in to the WeChat client on your mobile phone, open it and find me in the lower right corner and click to enter.

2. Here you can see some of my relevant information and settings. Click Settings to enter the Settings tab.

3. The bottom of the settings tab is About WeChat, where you can see your own version of WeChat. Although mine is also 6.0.2, it is not the latest, so I need to check it.

4. If you find a new version, you can click to download and install it, or you can click to learn about it and update immediately.
