Step 1, click the gear setting icon in the main interface, as shown in the figure below.

Step 2, select sound and vibration in the setting interface, as shown in the figure below.

Step 3, select notification sound effect in the sound and vibration interface, as shown in the figure below.

Step 4, select information notification in the notification sound effect interface, as shown in the figure below.

Step 5, in information notification. As shown in the figure below,

Step 6, enter the prompt tone list, and start using the default. Below you can change the SMS voice, and select one to play the audition automatically, as shown in the figure below.

Step 7, after the selection is completed, return to the previous interface to see that the SMS voice has been modified successfully, as shown in the figure below.

If your mobile phone can't set the ringtone, suggestions:

1. Try setting the ringtone again. Enter settings-sound-ringtone

(custom ringtone: create a new folder ringtones in the SD card, put songs in this folder, and set-sound-volume-ringtone)

2. For a dual-card machine, set the ringtone method: set-sound-ringtone -SIM card 1/SIM card 2- device ringtone

If the above method cannot be set.

2. If you still can't set it, please open Settings-Application Manager-Menu Key-Reset Application Preferences and try.

3. Back up the important data of the mobile phone and restore the factory settings: Settings-Reset/Privacy/Personal-Restore the factory settings

If the problem still exists after the above operation, it is recommended that you bring the purchase invoice, three-guarantee certificate and mobile phone to the local Samsung service center for inspection by an engineer.
