I used to suffer from insomnia for a while, or I would have nightmares while sleeping, and I would feel so tired when I woke up the next morning. Then I adjusted it myself and it was fine. This is how I adjusted it. Every night around 9 o'clock, I would take a hot bath. If there is a bathtub at home, it is best to take a dip. The water temperature is slightly higher than the usual bath. You can also add some water to the water. Essential oils or bath salts, such as lavender, can relieve stress and tension. If you don’t have time to take a bath, you can also make a foot bath at home, which also requires a higher water temperature. Then drink a cup of hot milk with it. It's best not to add sugar, but if you really can't stand the taste of unsweetened milk, you can add less. Then you go to bed as much as possible. Depending on your hobbies, you can watch TV for a while, or read books, or listen to music. But if you are watching TV, it is best not to watch more exciting movies, such as horror movies and science fiction. You can also take tablets and the like, and you can also supplement with Vc, etc. or you can supplement with multivitamins. It will take about three or four days, and then things will be adjusted. If you often stayed up late some time ago, you can take a warm shower when you get up in the morning, which can help you restore your biological clock, but it will take two or three days to adjust. You can try the methods I teach you. They are all very simple and they work very well for me.
