2. Violate the regulations of local public security organs, organize entertainment, gatherings and other activities in urban streets, squares, parks and other public places, use audio equipment, and produce excessive volume that interferes with the surrounding living environment;
3. Failure to take measures in accordance with regulations and emitting environmental noise from indoors that seriously interferes with the lives of surrounding residents.

1. Sanatorium area, high-end villa area, high-end hotel area, 50 decibels during the day and 40 decibels at night.
2. In areas dominated by residences and cultural and educational institutions, the level is 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night.
3. In mixed residential, commercial and industrial areas, 60 decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night.
4. Industrial area, 65 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night.

Article 86
Subject to Units and individuals who suffer noise infringement have the right to require the infringer to bear civil liability in accordance with the law.
Disputes over liability for compensation and amount of compensation may be mediated and handled by the corresponding departments responsible for the supervision and management of noise pollution prevention and control and the People's Mediation Committee at the request of the parties concerned.
The state encourages units, individuals and public place managers that emit noise to negotiate amicably with units and individuals affected by noise, and adopt measures to reduce vibration and noise by adjusting production and operation hours and construction work hours. Measures include payment of compensation, off-site resettlement, etc. to properly resolve noise disputes.
Article 58 of the "Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" on the prevention and control of noise pollution in social life, and making noise that interferes with the normal life of others shall be given a warning; no one will be fined after the warning. If corrections are made, a fine of not less than 200 yuan but not more than 500 yuan will be imposed.
