In 1999, Eunhyuk became a trainee of SM Entertainment Starling Casting System.
On November 6, 2005, he officially debuted with the group Super Junior and made his debut with "Twins (Knock Out)" on the popular Korean SBS TV station's popular music program. The first album "SuperJunior 05" was released on December 5.
On June 25, 2006, Super Junior won the SBS Inkigayo for the first time with their single "U".
