Preparatory Posture
Stand with your feet side by side, facing south, your body upright, your eyes looking straight, and the feather on your neck.
Hold your arms to your sides, hold the sword in your left hand with the tip of the sword pointing upward, and point the sword in your right hand with the palm of your hand facing inward.
Start up (three rings within the moon)
① Start with your left foot; key points: start and fall.
② Raise both arms forward, squat down and press;
③ Turn and swing arms, step forward and raise palms;
④ Bend elbows and step forward, bow Step, rub and push (front finger); key points: set the direction of the posture due east.
⑤ Step forward to cross the sword, sit cross-legged and stretch your arms;
⑥ Step forward with your elbows bent, and take the sword in a lunge. Key points: Keep the lateral distance between your feet at about 30 centimeters when lunging.
1. Point the sword in parallel steps (dragonfly points the water)
Key points: When lighting the sword, use the thumb, ring finger and little finger to apply force, with the force focused on the tip of the sword.
2. Independent counter thrust (Da Kuixing style)
① Retreat and draw the sword; key points: when the right foot retreats, the forefoot touches the ground first, and the toes turn outward at about 45° .
②Buckle your feet and lift the sword;
③Pull your feet back and lift the sword;
④Lift your knees and thrust back. Key points: Lift your left knee as high as possible, and buckle the crotch protector slightly inward on your calf and sole. The left knee should be facing forward, facing up and down with the left elbow. Hold the sword in your right hand, with the palm facing outward and the sword blade horizontal.
3. Sweeping with a falling step (swallow copying the water)
①Withdraw the step and chop the sword;
②Press the sword with a falling step;
③Left your feet and clasp your feet to sweep the sword;
④Lunge into position.
4. Straight to the right (right block sweep)
① Retract your feet and retract your sword; key points: the palm of your right hand faces up.
② Step up to deliver the sword; key points: the direction of the step up is about 30° (to the right) from the midline.
③Lunge with sword. Key points: Turn the palm of your right hand with the palm facing down, and make a straight and flat belt.
5. Straight forward to the left (left block sweep)
① Retract your feet and retract your sword; key points: turn your right hand with the palm facing down.
② Step up to deliver the sword; Key points: The direction of the step up is about 30° (to the left) from the midline.
③ Lunge to the left. Key points: Turn the palm of your right hand with the palm facing up, and make a straight and flat belt.
6. Independent swing and chop (exploring the sea potential)
①Turn your body with your feet closed, and join your hands to swing the sword;
②Step forward and raise the sword;

7. Step back and draw back (holding the moon in your arms)
① Step back and lift the sword; key points: the height of the sword hilt is at eye level.
② Draw the sword with a virtual step. Key points: The height of the sword tip is the same as the height of the head.
8. Independent upward stabbing (the resident bird throws itself into the forest)
① Turn and take steps; key points: direction due east.
②Prick on the knee. Important: The tip of the sword is higher than the head.
9. Make a false step and cut down (Oolong tail swing)
① Step back, turn and swing the sword; Key points: The palm of the right hand faces inward.
② Take a virtual step and cut down. Key points: The direction of the right virtual step is 30° east by north; the direction of turning the head to look is 45° east by south; the lateral distance between the two feet does not exceed 10 cm.
10. Lung stance to the left (showing the dragon coming out of the water)
① Step back and lift the sword; key points: The tip of the sword points to about 30° to the left and front, and the blade faces upward.
②Buckle your feet and turn around to withdraw the sword;
③Retract your feet and retract the sword; Key points: Turn your right hand with the palm facing up.
④ Lunge and lunge. Key points: The direction of the lunge is about 30° east to north; the lateral distance between the two feet is about 30 cm.
11. Turn around with diagonal belt (Wind Rolling Lotus Leaf)

③Turn to the right; key points: The direction of the upper step is about 30° west-northwest

12. Shrinking diagonally (lion shakes his head)
① Lift your foot to retract the sword;
② Step back and send the sword away;

13. Raise your knees and hold the sword (tiger holds his head)
① Step back and send the sword; key points: Put your hands together and the sword blade faces upward.
② Split the sword with a virtual step;
③ Raise your knees and hold the sword. Key points: Lift your left knee as high as possible, above the horizontal line.
14. Jumping flat thrust (wild horse jumping into the stream)
①Land your feet and close the sword;
②Hold the sword and thrust forward; key points: the height of the sword and the chest flat.
③ Jump and split the sword;
④ Lung and stab.
15. Left virtual step (Xiao Kuixing pose)
① Retract your feet and circle the sword; key points: lift the sword with your right hand first, and draw an arc in front of the face to meet the left hand.
② Step forward and circle the sword;
③ Take a virtual step to the left. Key points: The virtual step direction is due west.
16. Right lunge (fishing for the moon under the sea)
①Retract your feet and turn to circle the sword;
②Step forward to circle the sword;
③Lunge and lift to the right. Key points: Sit with your hips down and your shoulders down, with the sword tip slightly lower than your wrist.
17. Turn around and draw back (shooting wild goose pose)
① Buckle your feet and turn to retract the sword; Key points: The hilt of the sword is as high as your ears, and you should look at the direction of the sword tip.
②Left your feet and lunge to split the sword; key points: the direction of the lunge and the sword splitting direction are about 30° from east to south.
③ Sit back and draw the sword;
④ Point forward with a virtual step. Key points: The direction of the virtual step and the direction pointed by the sword finger are about 30° (15°) east by south.
18. Side-by-side thrusting (white ape offers fruit)
①Turn and move;
②Step-up and thrust forward. Key points: When stabbing flatly, the palms of the hands should be facing up, the legs should be straight, and the sword should be at chest height.
19. Left lunge block (dust dusting in the wind)
①Turn around the sword;
②Step up to circle the sword;
③Lunge to block the sword; Key points: The direction of the lunge is about 30° east to north, with the sword hilt facing the left forehead, and be careful to keep your shoulders down.
20. Right lunge block (dust dust in the wind)
①Withdraw your feet and circle the sword;
②Retract your feet and circle the sword;
③Lunge to block the sword. Key points: The direction of the lunge is about 30° from east to south. The hilt of the sword is at the same height as the head and facing the right corner of the forehead. Pay attention to keeping your shoulders down.
21. Left lunge block (dusting in the wind)

22. Progressive counter thrust (push the boat with the current)
① Cover the step and retract the sword; key points: join hands at the waist, and the sword should be close to the body.
② Turn around and stab backward; key point: This is a high rest step, with the center of gravity between the two feet and looking towards the direction of the sword tip.
③Lunge and counter thrust. Key points: The hilt of the sword is at the same height as the head, and the tip of the sword is at the same height as the throat.
23. Reflex and slash (Meteor chasing the moon)
① Clasp your feet and turn around to retract the sword;
② Lift your feet and raise the sword;
③Lunge and chop the sword. Key points: The direction of the lunge is approximately 30° west-northwest.
24. Point the sword with a virtual step (the sky is flying)
① Drop your fingers and retract your feet;
② Turn and separate (raise the sword); Key points: Land the left heel , direction due south.
③Lunge and drop the sword;
④Light the sword with a virtual step.
25. Independent flat support (draft-curtain style)
① Step around the sword; key points: the hand movements are: make a wrist flower with the right hand and then join the hands.
②Turn around and wipe flat;
③Raise your knees and hold the sword.
26. Lung stance and hanging sword (left wheel sword)
①Turn and hang the sword;
②Lung stance and slash the sword. Key points: direction due west.
27. Swinging with a virtual step (right wheel sword)

②Step up and raise the sword;
③ Use a virtual step to chop the sword. Key points: Pay attention to the difference from point sword.
28. Retreat to counterattack (dapeng spreads its wings)
① Lift your feet and close the sword;
② Retreat to fencing. Key points: When retreating, the forefoot should land first, and the direction of retreat and fencing is northeast.
29. Progressive flat stab (wasp enters the hole)
①Buckle the foot and pull back;
②Lift the foot and cross the sword together with the hand;

① Sit back and catch the sword;
