Activity process:

1. Warm-up exercises to stimulate children’s interest in participating in activities.

The teacher leads the children to carry out warm-up exercises in Orff music, mainly practicing the hands, waist, legs and feet to prepare for the following balance movement exercises.

2. Individual games: listen and act, and guide children to try to respond quickly according to the signals.

How to play: Follow the instructions and perform actions: (1) stand up, (2) sit down, (3) jump to the left of the chair, (4) jump to the right of the chair, (5) circle the chair, (6) Exchange positions.
