Push the Dijin, massage and tap the Yongquan point 100 times each, press and rub the Taichong Taixi point; tap the gallbladder meridian 600 times; tap the groin 100 times; tap the Baliao point 100 times; tap the chest 300 strokes on the back; 600 strokes on both elbow fossae (the elbow fossae is hot and permeable); 100 strokes of dry combing on the hair.
Turn on zhanzhuang music and set the alarm clock for 60 minutes. First open the twelve meridians:

Opening the twelve meridians on the left side of the body lasts for twelve minutes; then opening the twelve meridians on the right side of the body takes twenty-two minutes. (Each meridian is guided according to its running route)
During this process, the whole body's Qi and blood are sufficient, especially when the kidney meridian is reached, the pain in the left thigh will feel comfortable, and the mind will be particularly happy. Today I awaken these twelve gods with my sincerity. It is my twelve generals who guard the twelve passes. They have long been respectfully waiting for my meeting and instructions, and using my spiritual call, they started to start their duties!
Continue to stand, close your eyes and rest your mind, and calm your mind. Today is the most ideal day for me to stand up, and my hard work pays off. The qi and blood in the whole body are smooth, the hands and feet feel warm, the head and ears are clear, and the abdomen, especially the stomach, feels warm and comfortable. The hot qi and blood in the back are being strengthened, and there is pain around the shoulder blades (general pain means no pain, pain means blockage). Knowing that this area needs to be strengthened to help the qi and blood flow smoothly, and the body can regulate itself naturally.
What a joy, an unexpected gain!
Nothing hurts today: my head doesn’t hurt anymore, my stomach feels better and I don’t feel sick anymore.
Continue to meditate and relax naturally. It's like standing in the atmosphere, feeling that the whole body is in mid-air, and the whole body is being lifted up, down, left and right: a breath of air that reaches the whole world!
Stand for 50 minutes, put your hands on your abdomen, rub your hands and wash your face 49 times; dry comb your hair 100 times; rub your Dazhui 100 times; tap the pericardial meridian 600 times; tap the pulse 300 times; rub your abdomen 50 times clockwise and counterclockwise; tap the whole body to help smooth blood circulation; push hands 49 times; walk 81 circles on the left and right of the Bagua Step (since Teacher Zhu taught everyone to do the Bagua Step in the "Huangdi Neijing" class, I have persisted in doing it every day, I have never stopped, cherishing the love and help given by Teacher Zhu.)
