Long Fei was originally a famous composer of the Nanjing Military Region and the creative director of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Military Region. He has served as a director of the Chinese Musicians Association and as a leader of the Jiangsu Musicians Association. Due to his outstanding achievements in creative art, he was not only rated as a national first-class composer, but also enjoyed special allowances from the State Council.
