When you hear a tune with a distinct rhythm, you will definitely follow the rhythm of one, two, one and two. This is the rhythm of a march. A march is a vocal or instrumental piece written with a neat and well-proportioned rhythm and can be played while the team is marching. Marches have #$/ beats and $/$ beats. The band often uses percussion instruments to make the rhythm more obvious. There are many kinds of march music. The People's Liberation Army uses marching marches when marching, battle marches used during wars, greeting marches, athletes' marches, etc. Some songs also use marching tunes. When the kindergarten teacher plays the piano for you in music class March music will also be played for children to practice walking, so that you can walk more neatly and energetically according to the rhythm. Dance songs, with cheerful melody, distinctive rhythm and square structure, are suitable for singing and dancing. There are many such songs in my country's ethnic minority areas such as Tibet, Xinjiang, Yanbian and other places. For example, "Songs in My Heart Dedicated to the People's Liberation Army" composed by Chang Liuzhu uses Tibetan tones, and Liu Chi's "Xinjiang Hao" uses Tibetan tones. Xinjiang tone, Zhou Dafeng's "Tea Picking Dance" uses the tone of folk songs in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
Waltz
Also known as waltz, it is also a dance music in three beats. A folk dance that originated in Austria. It was first popular at balls in Vienna and became popular in Europe in the 19th century. It has two types: fast step and slow step. Unlike the mazurka, which is also in three beats, its accent generally falls on the first beat of the measure. It is also different from the minuet, which is also in triple time. Strauss's masterpiece "The Blue Danube" is the most famous. The characteristics of waltz are distinct rhythm and smooth melody, which is not as gentle as minuet. However, it must be clear that music is not mathematics or logic. This distinction is only for general purposes and is not absolute.
Lullabies are also called lullabies. It was originally a song sung by mothers next to the cradle to put their babies to sleep peacefully. Later, it gradually developed into a music genre. The musical image of lullabies generally has a gentle, friendly and peaceful atmosphere. The melody is calm, slow and beautiful, full of a mother's sincere blessings for her child's future. The accompaniment often imitates the swinging rhythm of a cradle. Because the rhythms of lullabies and barcarolles are very close, and they both have lyrical melodies and quiet medicinal atmospheres, and have many different characteristics, the German composer Richard Strauss included them in his "Family Symphony" "The lullaby uses the melody of Mendelssohn's "Barcarolle".
Lullaby has its own characteristics. Its musical image generally has the characteristics of tranquility, kindness, tenderness, caressing and sincerity; the melody is lyrical, beautiful and quiet; the melody is relatively stable, the range is moderate, and does not need to be too high. Sounds that are too low have little fluctuation; the beats are mostly in compound beats such as 2/4, 4/4, 6/8, etc., and there are also 3/4 beats. The rhythm and beats do not emphasize the accent, but the rhythm is neat to suit the performance. The characteristics of the cradle are slow and swaying. The tempo is slow, mostly Andante; the intensity is weak, generally no more than medium forte (mf); the mode is generally a clear major mode; the performance is usually a female solo. In order to express this relatively peaceful mood, their harmonic arrangements are relatively simple, with soft arpeggios and swinging accompaniment patterns running through the whole song, creating the feeling of a cradle swinging rhythmically.
