The specific steps are as follows:

1. Start the WeChat APP. In the personal center interface, click on the top to shoot a video update.

2. Click in the bottom middle of the new page to shoot a video.

3. Then shoot a dynamic video. You can see some gadgets at the bottom. First click on the T icon and the smiley face. You can also add music next to it.
