1. According to raw materials:
Aluminum alloy mold, electric stove or coal stove, aluminum pot, spoon, electric soldering iron, paraffin, cotton thread, candle red powder, stearic acid, music film , transistor, photodiode, speaker, battery, optical fiber.
2. Turn over the mold (blank making):
1. Clean the mold with a brush before working, insert the wick into the mold, place the wick in the center of the mold, and then press it with the bottom of the mold For the wick head, place a piece of bicycle steel wire or iron wire next to the wick. Use a rubber ring to fasten the two molds as a light-transmitting hole for the light guide fiber, and then place the mold upside down on the table. There should be about 5mm left for the wick.
2. Melt the paraffin in an aluminum pot or iron pot (if necessary, add stearic acid in a ratio of 5 to increase the hardness of the candle). When the wax liquid in the pot has reached about 80 degrees Afterwards, it is put into another pot or other container for later use. Paraffin is added to the original pot to facilitate continuous production.
3. When the wax liquid drops to 65-75 degrees, you can pour it. When pouring, first straighten the wick by hand and place the lamp letter and bicycle wire in the center of the mold, and then use a spoon to pour the wax liquid into the mold. , it should be filled fully at one time and allowed to cool naturally after filling.
4. After seeing that the wax around the upper part is estimated to be about 0.5mm thick and has hardened, lift the mold with both hands and pour out the unhardened wax liquid at the bottom (making it a cavity for installing electronic components) , and then put the mold upside down on the table to cool as before.
5. After the bottom of the candle has hardened and solidified (about 10mm), put your fingers into the bottom of the hole and press. If it feels hard and the surface of the bottom of the hole will not deform, you can demould. When demoulding Grasp the two mold pieces with both hands and pull them apart.
6. The appearance of the candle base after demoulding is rough, and there is excess paraffin left at the intersection of the two molds. Use a small putty knife to gently scrape off the excess paraffin along the surface of the wax body. If there is a small part of the damage, you can use unhardened wax liquid to repair it.
3. Art processing
1. Color and depict the polished candle base according to the different shapes of the candle and local customs, people's hobbies and different uses for different occasions. Add lettering and set aside to dry.
2. After artistic processing, the candle body is dried and re-glazed according to the first glazing method. After glazing, set it aside for later use.
Four. Decorative electronic components
1. Put musical pieces and triodes. The speaker, photodiode, battery and circuit principle can be welded together.
2. Use a small rubber sleeve of about 5mm (self-phase car valve core skin can be used) to cover the photosensitive diode. Then install an optical fiber that is the same as the candle body in the small rubber opening. At this time, the photosensitive diode should be in contact with the optical fiber, and the connection should be glued tightly with black tape.
Fifth, finished product assembly
Put the connected electronic components into the cavity at the bottom of the candle. The optical fiber is passed through the light hole, and then sealed with thin cardboard, repaired with paraffin around it, and one or several small holes are cut in the middle of the cardboard as a sound hole.
6. Inspection and packaging
It can be ignited after it is made and can play music automatically. If you want to sell it, please do not burn it. You can put the instructions in it and leave the factory or sell it.
