Put your heels together and point your toes outward, so that your feet become T-shaped (haha). Then, lift your right foot slightly and move your left toe inward. Put your right foot down and move your left heel inward, forming a T shape with your right foot again. Your entire stance should now move slightly to the right.
Slide one leg out as far as possible, then slide the other leg towards the outstretched leg and continue the previous dance steps. If you want to make this movement graceful, one trick is to put your body's center of gravity on the non-sliding leg.
The step of landing should be changed to kicking the foot out.
You have to spin in circles while imitating a kangaroo, but make sure your spin is in the same direction as your kick. Also, use your shoulders and feet on the ground rather than your feet in the air to help maintain rotation. If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder and have to perfect this kicking and turning movement, you can draw some markings on the wall and do it opposite.
Please accept, thank you. :)
