Bi Ye (1916-2008)
Old name Huang Chaoyang, born in February 1916, from Dapu, Guangdong. Modern writer and essayist. He once served as a director of the Chengdu branch of the All-China Literary and Art Circles Anti-Enemy Association and the editor-in-chief of Mangyuan Publishing House. He once taught at the School of Art of Northern University in the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border Region and the School of Literature and Art of North China University.
