"Lovers" will be the TV version of the popular movie "Carmen" co-starring Park Xinyang and Jeon Doyeon. South Korea's SBS 20-episode TV series "Lovers" stars famous Korean actors Kim Jong-un and Lee Seo-jin. The whole drama tells the romantic and tortuous love story between Gang-jae (played by Lee Seo-jin), the backbone of the Korean mafia family, and Mi-joo (played by Kim Jong-un), a plastic surgeon. Following the successful filming of "Lovers in Paris" and "Lovers in Prague", director Shin Woo-cheol and screenwriter Kim Eun-sook worked together for the third time this year to create "Lovers" in the lovers series.

Although SBS's new Wednesday and Four TV series Lovers have not yet been aired, the film's OST has performed very well online.
