I took advantage of my free time a few days ago and heard that there is a museum in Xi'an that is free to visit - Xi'an Museum, so I went to visit it with the intention of giving it a try.
After walking closer according to the map, I realized that I seemed to have been to this place before. It turns out that Xi'an Museum is located next to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. It turns out that my friends and I wanted to take a night tour to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda on a festival night. When we got there, we discovered that this scenic spot is different from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. There is nothing to play at night. Five attractions for normal commuting.
However, I went there at noon that day, and I easily exchanged my ID card for scenic spot tickets at the door. The lady who sold the tickets also asked me if I wanted to listen to the "Chang'an Ancient Music Silk Road Intangible Cultural Heritage Concert". The performance time is from 2 to 2:30 in the afternoon, and the ticket is 35 yuan. Since I was just browsing, I didn’t buy anything.
Before I introduce the classics in the order of my tour, I would like to remind you that if you want the guide to take you through the various stories and treasures of the scenic spots, don’t be like me and visit the small tourist attractions first. Goose Pagoda and Jianfu Temple, and then go to the museum. You should go to the museum first and rent an electronic guide, or hire a guide for 100 yuan to take you around the entire museum and attractions for 75-100 minutes.
As for me, I explored it on my own. I first started visiting the garden. Walking through the garden with small bridges and flowing water, I could see the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance.

Approaching the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, enter the museum next to it and start to read the overall introduction of the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the Jianfu Temple in the Tang Dynasty. It turns out that the Small Wild Goose Pagoda In the Tang Dynasty, the pagoda of Jianfu Temple was called Jianfu Temple Pagoda.

Brief introduction to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda
And Jianfu Temple was one of the three major translation sites in the Tang Dynasty, Yijing, Fazang and Shicha Nanda and other eminent monks at home and abroad have translated many classics here. The small pavilion introduced at Jianfu Temple collects some reliefs, stone carvings, etc. that have survived around Jianfu Temple. It also introduces the construction process of the Small Wild Goose Pagoda after thousands of years of ups and downs. The fact that it is still standing today is the result of generations of Xi'an people's continuous maintenance. With the decline of Buddhism and the change of dynasties, Jianfu Temple no longer exists, and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda once declined to the point that the top of the tower cracked, leaving behind the legend that it finally stood firm due to the "three splits and three mergers" caused by the earthquake. It was after the founding of the People's Republic of China that the pagoda was renovated to make it look like the old again, giving it a new lease of life.
After leaving the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and strolling where the Jianfu Temple was once located, I saw the small scenic spot of the "Wild Goose Pagoda Morning Bell". The morning bells and evening drums of Xi'an used to be heard from the Jianfu Temple. And now there are businessmen hanging out a big bronze bell for tourists to ring and pray for blessings. The price is also very cheap, knock it three times for five yuan. When I passed by, this guy knocked the bell hard three times in order not to waste the five yuan he spent. It was so deafening that I was even a little worried about whether the bronze bell would be stolen by him. Crush.
After a long circle, I entered the Xi'an Museum and started my tour of the museum.
Entering the museum, I found that Xi'an Museum was actually riding on the popularity of "The Twelve Hours of Chang'an" and hung up several large publicity boards introducing Chang'an in the Tang Dynasty and historical knowledge related to the Twelve Hours of Chang'an. The exhibition hall on the first floor was not open. The second floor was a red-themed exhibition hall specially opened to welcome the National Day. I just took a quick look at it. I think the essence of Xi'an Museum is on the underground floor.
The underground floor is divided into three parts.
The first part is when you enter, there is a beautifully made 1500:1 restoration map of Chang'an City in the Tang Dynasty. There is a commentator when you watch it.
