Chen Min, secretary of the Party branch, was born in 1958 in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Huaiyin Normal University in 1983. From 1987 to 1988, he studied in the modern Chinese teaching assistant training class of the Chinese Department of Beijing Normal University. From 1996 to 1997, he was a visiting scholar in the Chinese Department of Nanjing University.

He is currently secretary of the Party branch of the Department of Music, director of the Office of the Language and Literature Committee of the college, and associate professor. He is currently a member of the National Chinese Spoken Language Research Association, a director of the Jiangsu Provincial Linguistic Society, a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Language and Literature Committee, and a national Mandarin tester. He is the editor-in-chief and co-editor of books such as "Mandarin Proficiency Test Tutorial", "Current Situation and Analysis of Putonghua Popularization in Jiangsu Province", "Works Reading", "Practical Manual of Mandarin Proficiency Test", etc., and has published many papers. Lectures courses such as "Modern Chinese" and "Teacher's Spoken Language".

Ge Lizhu, female, born in September 1969, is the director and associate professor of the Vocal Music Teaching and Research Section of the Music Department of Huaiyin Normal University. In 2006, she was named the key young teacher of the college. He graduated from the Music Department of Nanjing Normal University in 1992 and was later assigned to work at Huaiyin Normal University until now. He has successively been engaged in teaching a number of core courses such as vocal music, sight-singing and ear training, concise Chinese and foreign music history and appreciation courses. In addition, he has also directed many campus cultural performances and competitions in departments and achieved good results. Shen Tong, female, member of the Communist Party of China. Born in Guannan County in 1974, he studied in Guannan County Government Kindergarten, Guannan County Experimental Primary School, and Guannan County Middle School. In 1993, he was admitted to the music education department of Nanjing Normal University. Graduated in 1995. Assigned to teach at Huaiyin Normal School. In 2001, he worked as a music teacher at the Senior Experimental Middle School of Huaiyin Normal University. In 2001, he obtained a correspondence undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree from Nanjing Normal University. Joined the Communist Party of China in December 2002. In 2003, he worked in the Music Department of Huaiyin Normal University until now.

In more than ten years of teaching work, he has successively taught professional courses such as vocal music, piano, music theory, harmony, audition, dance and recorder, and also taught music in public courses. Zhang Li, female, was born in October 1974. She graduated from the Music Department of Nanjing Normal University in 1996. Currently serves as the executive deputy director of the Huai'an branch of Jiangsu Provincial Art Training Center. Over the years, she has been highly respected by students for her rigorous teaching work and serious teaching attitude. She regards "people-oriented, student-oriented" as her own educational philosophy and uses her unique educational management methods to guide the students in the music department to make continuous progress. .
