Down by the Sally gardens
What you hear should be the bagpipe version.
The bagpipe, also known as the bagpipe, is a folk instrument popular in European countries. The bagpipe is a wind instrument, and its sound production principle is similar to that of an organ, accordion or even a harmonica. It relies on airflow to vibrate reeds (embedded in the wooden tube) to produce sound. The pronunciation principle is that the player inflates the air in the wind bag, and then presses the air flow in the wind bag to the reed pipe mounted on the wind bag to produce the sound.
The soundtrack of "Titanic" uses Irish bagpipes, so you will feel a bit similar.
